General Ordering Instructions
Credit card
transactions use secure 128bit encryption: the security lock only appears on the
checkout page where credit card information is entered. Privacy is 100% guaranteed.
There are 6 ways you can order. Click on the shopping cart icon beside the item of interest
to put 1 piece into the shopping cart. You may then either checkout, increase the quantity
or add other items (and then check out). A copy of the order is sent to you if you provide
a valid e-mail address.
- Online: Submit order with Visa/Mastercard. That's it!
- Quotes: Submit order without credit card but include your e-mail address.
You can then call us from 9-5 EST, M-F, with Visa/MC. Or use it for purchase orders if
you qualify (see below).
- FAX: Same but FAX a copy of the order with your Visa/MC.
- Mail: Same but mail a copy of your order with either your Visa/MC#, a postal
money order (shipment upon receipt); or personal check (allow 4 weeks for clearance
& delivery) to the address below.

Toll-free USA/Canada: 1-877-746-4764 between 9AM & 4:30PM EST, M-F. Please have Visa
or Mastercard ready.
- Minimum orders: You can buy just one of anything we sell but there is a minimum
billing charge of $15.00 (in North America; higher elsewhere). The minimum charge
will appear as soon as you put something in the shopping cart.
- Purchase Orders: Canadian & American university,
& Federal, Provincial and State Government institutions ONLY. Click on link for more info.
All other institutions require prior approval.
Mininum for purchase order is $100 not including freight & taxes.

Goods ship same day by FedEx Ground if ordered by 11:30AM EST, (M-F).
Goods are shipped from Tonawanda, NY, 14150.

(Delivery to Great Lakes or New England states is 2-3 business days;
West & Southwest is 6 days; others in between are ~4-8 days.)
Alaska and Hawaii are 7-8 days & have a remote location surcharge.

Glass is charged at $20.00+20% ($30.00 minimum). BUT: some combinations
of glass or glass and lab metalware are very bulky & may cost DOUBLE the
calculated rate.
We will advise you before processing/shipping.
FedEx Overnight; must be ordered by 2PM EST for next business day.
Saturday delivery is available only for some locations & will cost an additional $19.00. Some states & rural deliveries
may not arrive until late afternoon of the next business day. Contact FedEx for specifics.
Some places, especially Alaska and Hawaii may incur remote location surcharges. You will be informed before being charged.
