4:4 Structure Models:
Silicon Carbide, Wurtzite, Zinc Blende

Zinc blende (sphalerite) has 140 atoms and 308 bonds. This crystal lattice semiconductor structure is also essentially the same as that found in indium phosphide & diamond. Silicon carbide (carborundum) and wurtzite both have 151 atoms & 302 bonds.
Note: each of the models uses tetrahedral atoms. Check the Orbit Molecular Model Components section if you would like to use other colors.
